Last updated: August 21, 2026. This policy explains the 14-day request window and the practical refund rules for KernelNest Labs’ scope-confirmed digital service model. Consumer law may give you additional rights.

14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@kernelnestlabs.io with the order number, purchasing email and reason for the request. The team will confirm receipt and review the delivery state.

Eligibility

  • A full refund is generally available when the request is made within 14 days and implementation has not begun.
  • If you expressly asked for work to begin during the 14-day period, any refund may be reduced to reflect scoped work already completed, where law permits.
  • Duplicate charges, technical ordering errors and services KernelNest Labs cannot responsibly deliver will be corrected or refunded.
  • If the delivered work materially misses the confirmed acceptance condition, contact us first so the issue can be reviewed and corrected, replaced or refunded as appropriate.

What happens after approval

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Access to refunded deliverables, private repositories or customer materials may be withdrawn where applicable.

Exceptions and non-refundable items

Refunds may be declined for work accepted as complete, material scope outside the confirmed boundary, customer-caused access delays after substantial work, misuse, unlawful instructions, third-party fees already committed with approval or requests made after the stated window, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Team, group and custom orders

A refund request for an organisation must come from the purchaser or authorised account contact. Custom scopes may include order-specific cancellation terms; those terms will be provided before the customer authorises work to begin.

Payment disputes

Please contact KernelNest Labs before opening a chargeback so the order and evidence can be reviewed quickly. This does not remove any right you have with your payment provider or under applicable law.
