• Contact and inquiry data: name, email, company, topic, budget range, timeline, optional order number and the message you submit.
• Order and account data: billing details, purchased products, order status, account identifiers and related customer-service communications.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, server logs, security events and cookie preferences.
• Payment data: a production payment provider may process payment credentials directly. KernelNest Labs should receive only the transaction information required to manage the order.

3. Why we use it

We use information to answer inquiries, confirm and deliver purchased work, operate customer accounts, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve the service and meet legal or accounting obligations. Where consent is the basis for optional marketing or non-essential cookies, consent can be withdrawn.
