How KernelNest Labs handles account, order, inquiry and website-use information.
Last updated: August 21, 2026. This policy explains the information KernelNest Labs collects, why it is used, how it is protected and the choices available to customers and visitors.
1. Who controls the information
KernelNest Labs operates this website and storefront. Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests can be sent to contact@kernelnestlabs.io.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and inquiry data: name, email, company, topic, budget range, timeline, optional order number and the message you submit.
- Order and account data: billing details, purchased products, order status, account identifiers and related customer-service communications.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, server logs, security events and cookie preferences.
- Payment data: a production payment provider may process payment credentials directly. KernelNest Labs should receive only the transaction information required to manage the order.
3. Why we use it
We use information to answer inquiries, confirm and deliver purchased work, operate customer accounts, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve the service and meet legal or accounting obligations. Where consent is the basis for optional marketing or non-essential cookies, consent can be withdrawn.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies may be used for sessions, carts, checkout, account access, security and preferences. Optional analytics or advertising tools should not be enabled in production until they are disclosed and an appropriate consent mechanism is configured.
5. Sharing and international processing
Information may be shared with hosting, email, payment, security, analytics, accounting and professional-service providers only to the extent needed to operate the service. Providers may process information in other countries; appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used where required. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
Inquiry, order and accounting records are retained only as long as needed for delivery, support, dispute handling, security and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or information about processing. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
8. Children, third-party links and changes
The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Linked third-party services have their own practices. This policy may change when the service or legal requirements change; the updated date will be revised.
