Custom deliverables

After full payment, the customer receives the rights stated in the confirmed order for the custom code and configuration created specifically for that delivery. If a broader assignment or exclusive licence is required, it must be agreed in writing before work begins.

Open-source and third-party components

Dependencies, frameworks, fonts, services and other third-party materials remain governed by their original licences and terms. A handoff may identify material dependencies, but the customer remains responsible for reviewing licence suitability for its distribution and deployment model.

Reusable knowledge and tools

KernelNest Labs retains general methods, non-customer-specific tools, templates and know-how developed before or during a delivery, provided customer confidential information and unique business logic are not disclosed.

Website and brand

KernelNest Labs names, marks, product artwork, website copy and site design are not transferred by a product purchase. They may not be republished or presented as another party’s work without written permission.
